Bill Norris represents management and executives in a wide range of labor and employment issues. His practice focuses on equal opportunity law, labor relations, labor arbitrations, executive employment agreements, wage-hour law, occupational safety and health law and litigation of employment claims under federal and state labor and employment statutes.
Mr. Norris routinely handles cases involving intellectual property rights, insurance defense, premises liability, and general civil litigation.
He was selected by his peers as a member of Virginia’s “Legal Elite” in Labor & Employment Law in Virginia Business Magazine for 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. Mr. Norris was also named a "Rising Star" in Virginia Super Lawyers for 2008, 2009 and 2010. In 2011, Mr. Norris was recognized as a Virginia Super Lawyer.
