Brittany J. Berlauk is an associate in the firm’s bankruptcy practice group. Ms. Berlauk regularly represents both debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases. Ms. Berlauk also represents Chapter 7 Trustees in their administration of bankruptcy estates.
Personal Background
Ms. Berlauk earned her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2010, where she served as Articles Editor of the University of Richmond Law Review and Chief Justice of the Honor Council. She was the recipient of the Nina R. Kestin Service Award given to the student who made the most significant contributions to the school, the community and the legal profession. Ms. Berlauk graduated cum laude from the College of Charleston in 2006 with a B.A. in Communications.
