DurretteBradshaw is currently working on In Re Brand Name Prescription Drugs Antitrust Litigation (MDL 997), a major federal antitrust action brought by thousands of retail pharmacies against nearly three dozen pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesalers. This lawsuit has been described as "the largest antitrust lawsuit in American legal history."

Wyatt Durrette, DurretteBradshaw PLC’s senior litigator, leads a complex litigation team that actively represents plaintiffs at all levels of the complex litigation process. Mr. Durrette has served as case manager and is a member of the leadership team for over 3800 opt-outs in the In re Brand Name Prescription Drugs Antitrust Litigation.

The firm is a member of the Executive Committees in In Re Citigroup, Inc. Capital Accumulation Plan Litigation, In Re Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Antitrust Litigation and In re Dynamic Random Access Memory Chips Litigation.

It was also part of the leadership team representing indirect purchasers in the Vitamin Products Antitrust Litigation, which has now been successfully resolved. The Firm is actively involved in several other class actions pending in various state and federal jurisdictions across the country.

In connection with these complex cases:

• the firm has both taken and defended depositions;
• engaged in extensive pretrial discovery, document production and review;
• participated in motions practice before various federal courts;
• maintained liaison with hundreds of clients throughout the United States;
• participated in the identification and selection of expert witnesses and reviewed their work product;
•  researched and drafted memoranda of law and motions related to complex matters;
• analyzed damage models devised by both plaintiff and defense experts;
• and worked with local, regional, and national counsel in the prosecution of plaintiffs’ cases.
