Elizabeth L. Gunn regularly practices in the firm's bankruptcy practice group, representing creditors, debtors-in-possession and trustees in matters before the courts.

Ms. Gunn represents closely-held businesses, their owners and executives. Her experience includes:

• Bankruptcy Creditor Representation in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 matters.
• Contracts for the purchase and sale of stock, assets and real estate.
• Chapter 11 Debtor representation.
• Prosecution and negotiation of breach of contract claims in Circuit and General District Courts.
• Litigation of fraudulent and voluntary transfer complaints.
• Collection of judgments against individuals and corporate debtors.
• Chapter 7 Trustee representation.

Personal Background:

Ms. Gunn earned her law degree cum laude from Boston College Law School where she served as Solicitations and Symposium Editor of the Boston College International and Comparative Law Review.
She graduated cum laude from Willamette University with a degree in Politics and Economics.
