Patent Basics 2009 CLE

Construction attorney Christopher Hill will be speaking at the 13th Annual Virginia Occupational Safety and Health Conference in Portsmouth, Virginia on June 4 and 5, 2008. His presentation will educate employers, employees and public officials on the topic of “So You Have to Testify: How to Prepare for Court .”  This break out session will cover court preparation from the initial need to document activities through to cross examination during trial, focusing on issues specific to Occupational Safety. For further information, please see:

Christopher G. Hill will be speaking to the membership of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia, the largest construction trade organization in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Mr. Hill will speak on Virginia Occupational Safety and Health (VOSHA) compliance issues as well as give practical advice to the AGC membership relating to how to properly conduct themselves during and after a VOSHA inspection of a job site.

Now that the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 has become public law. there will be significant and fundamental changes to all aspects of how bankruptcy law will be practiced. Not since 1987 has there been such wide-ranging change to the Bankruptcy code.
