Six Named to Super Lawyers Listing

Wyatt B. Durrette, Jr. was named among the fifty top points recipients. He is listed in the category of Business Litigation.
Also named in the area of Business Litigation are Barrett E. Pope and Bruce M. Marshall. Roy M. Terry, Jr. is recognized in the Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights practice area and Kenneth D. McArthur, Jr. appears in the category of Health Care. John B. Russell, Jr. is named in the practice group area of White Collar Criminal Defense.

Law & Politics, the publisher, mailed 19,000 ballots to attorneys throughout the Commonwealth and asked those attorneys to nominate the best lawyers in various fields. Law & Politics also searches for outstanding lawyers by reviewing databases, national and local periodicals and trade journals.
The final selection is made by dividing firms by size and attorneys by practice areas, and then checking each candidate’s standing with the Virginia State Bar. A blue ribbon panel chosen by Law & Politics evaluates each candidate. This is the first year during which Law & Politics has conducted its surveys in Virginia.
