Health Care
Victoria A. B. Willis practices primarily in the area of health law. She has represented clients in matters ranging from bond financing, corporate and partnership formations, mergers and acquisitions, and government contract matters, including tax exemption, managed care and government investigations.
Prior to joining DurretteBradshaw, Mrs. Willis served as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal, Risk and Regulatory Affairs for MediCorp Health System for more than 10 years.
Before entering private practice, she served as law clerk to The Honorable Harry L. Carrico, Chief Justice of the Virginia Supreme Court.
Personal Background:
Mrs. Willis earned her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1986 where she served on the Moot Court Board and was an editor of the Richmond Law Review. She graduated magna cum laude with a double-major in History and Philosophy from Vanderbilt University and was selected as a Leeds University Scholar participant.
